Jon Martino

Jon worked as in-house counsel with a motor vehicle nonprofit organization where he selected juries and tried cases to verdict while working closely with claims in order to arrive at a litigation plan to resolve lawsuits. Most recently, Jon was employed as Senior Counsel at the Office of the Corporation Counsel where he defended the City of New York against an extremely high volume of lawsuits sounding in tort. He worked with the Comptroller of the City of New York in settling no-fault and property damage claims.
